By creating an account or otherwise using Aurelia (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 21 years old and physically present in a jurisdiction where social casino entertainment is permitted. You confirm you have full legal capacity to enter this agreement.

Aurelia is a social casino. Coins on the platform are virtual items provided for entertainment purposes only. They:

• Have no monetary value, in or outside the Service.
• Cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out for money, prizes, or anything of real-world value.
• Are licensed to you, not sold. Itemsism OÜ retains all rights.
• May be added to or removed from your account at our reasonable discretion (e.g., for refund processing or fraud remediation).

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Coin packs are sold through Paddle as Merchant of Record. Pricing, tax, and currency are handled by Paddle at checkout. Purchases are final. Refunds may be requested in accordance with applicable law and our refund policy.

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the Service.
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or jurisdiction.
• Exploit bugs or attempt to obtain coins through means other than the Service's intended mechanics.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ITEMSISM OÜ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
